Hi, I’m Heather — Operations Manager & Co-Owner of Inknetic Tattoo Studio here in Bismarck. I work behind the scenes to keep the studio running smoothly so our artists can stay focused on what they do best: creating meaningful, high-quality tattoos.

My role centers around the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, client communication, marketing, and coordinating events. I enjoy making sure everything is organized, thoughtful, and handled with care so that both our clients and our artists feel supported from the moment they walk through the door.

In addition to Inknetic, I also serve as an administrator for a nonprofit disc golf organization, where I help manage operations, organize events, and support the growth of our local community. I’ve always been drawn to roles that involve organizing, coordinating, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, my most important role is being a wife and a mom. Much of our time is spent supporting our son’s activities and enjoying the everyday moments that come with family life.

When we have time to slow down, I love being outdoors with my family—camping, fishing, spending time near the water, and simply enjoying nature. Those moments help keep life balanced and grounded.

Inknetic reflects that same mindset: steady, intentional, and built with genuine care. I’m proud to support the studio behind the scenes while staying rooted in the family and life that mean the most to me.
